You are equipped for this!
Hey! What’s up everyone!
I hope all is well! Has God ever revealed something to you, and you wait for it
to come into full fruition but life starts to shift and it seems like it’ll
never come to pass? Maybe you have or maybe you’re experiencing this right now.
God reveals things to us to let us know that he has plans for us to prosper and
not be harmed. Sometimes life starts to stretch and shift us towards the point
where we may not feel resilient. We may just want to give up, but we have to
hold on to Gods promise. Test and trials come for two apparent reasons; one,
God wants to see how bad we want the promise, and two the adversary doesn’t
want us to succeed in obtaining the promise. I want you to know this. You’re
fearfully and wonderfully made. With God nothing is impossible. It may seem
like the promise will never come to pass because of what you’re experiencing,
and sometimes there seems to be no way of escape from adversity. It may seem like the load
you’re carrying to get to the promise is too heavy, but remember this, you are
EQUIPPED for this. This August marked 17 years since I gave the Lord my hand
and was baptized. Some felt like I was too young at the age of 8, but I felt
God ever so present in my heart I had to make that public declaration. Life has
not always been easy for me. I have had some good and bad days like most of us,
but through it all I kept my faith in God. He always restored me when I was
drained, and when I felt my faith wavering. I have been hurt in and outside of the church
but those occurrences made me the impervious individual I am today. One thing I
do not do anymore is ask the question why. I don’t ask that question because I
already know what the answer is. The answer is always you’re being EQUIPPED. We
all have gained some strength from our past tribulations, but we need to
realize that that strength was given to EQUIP us to get through something else.
The
story of Joseph is amazing! I have been reading up on it through my Bible app
devotions! (If you don’t have the Bible app PUHLEASE get it! It is phenomenal!)
Ya’ll Joseph went through hell and back! I was like SHEESH! It’s crazy because
the detriment that Joseph encountered lead him to his destiny. He told his
family about what God spoke over him in a dream. His own brothers were envious toward him (a whole notha’ sermon lol) due to the fact that their father favored Joseph.
The brothers were the ones who ultimately wanted to see his demise. It’s
perplexing to me when others know that God has something amazing planned for
you, and they spend their time hoping you fail instead of cheering for you win.
God has plans for all of us to prosper. Yet some people miss their prosperity
because they want others to miss theirs. Some of us are like Joseph. God has a
major calling on our life, and some people don’t want to see it transpire.
Especially the adversary that’s why he has people doing his work for him. We are
EQUIPPED to conquer whatever road blocks come our way to reach our destiny.
Joseph had a major detour. He had to endure that detour in order to reap the
promises of God. He made it through the adversity because he was EQUIPPED for
it. Just like Joseph you are EQUIPPED for the adversity you face! God has
molded you to carry that load while reaching the promise. Don’t ever give up no
matter how hard it seems. Consider it ALL joy when you encounter various
trials. (James 1:2). Keep thriving and pushing down the path to your destiny.
Remember no man can change what God has ordained. Trials coming our way to
hinder us from Gods promise are inevitable. Remember this, where there is an
attempt there is accomplishment, where there is detriment there is destiny, where
there is volition there is victory, and where there is pressure there is
purpose! You were EQUIPPED for this! CONTINUE. PERSEVERE. ENDURE. Then reap the
HARVEST!God has EQUIPPED you to make sure you reach the promise prepared.
