Time constraints
Hey
everyone! I pray that this post finds you in great health and spirit! We are
sealing the month of August with clarity, and peace from the days that are yet
behind us. I’m not sure what you may have faced, but you made it. Now you’re
about to embark on another month. September is here, and you will get out
what you put in. The trajectory of your life isn’t always predicated from the
effort you give. Sometimes you may give all you have in order to accomplish
what needs to be done. You pray, hope, and declare for victory. There may come
a time where that prayer, that hope, and declaration doesn’t come to fruition.
This may leave you perplexed especially if it’s pertaining to something that
God has spoken over your life. I am here to tell you don’t be dismayed. Stay
committed to the purpose that you have in this world. You may be in a state
where you have yet to find your purpose. Dedicate more of your time in prayer,
and I guarantee you it will be revealed. The one thing we as humans have a
difficult time dealing with is time. We wait for the time to be placed in a certain
position in life. Time will make you feel like you are behind and place
pressure on you to spring ahead. More often than not we put time constraints on
our lives because society has made it vital to living a good life. For instance,
finishing college in four years, getting married at a certain age, having a
baby before the “high risk age”, owning a home, or even opening a business. The
one thing that the word of God reassures us is that God operates on a totally different
time span than we do. We put the restrictions on ourselves for whatever reason.
The reason may be to please someone like parents, to do something before someone
else, or just for our own satisfaction. When we look back at some of the events
in the Bible, we see that faith and patience coincide to keep our minds from
wondering. For example, we find in the new testament the woman with the issue
of blood who didn’t get healed for twelve years. This woman sought after God,
and believed that this was the time for her breakthrough. We can also take a
look at the story of Joseph. A man who was sold into slavery by his brothers,
and suffered for a very long time. Who was then elevated to a king. These two people are relatable because life
has a way of making us feel like we are down in the pit, and there is no sight
of refuge, but then God elevates us! Time constraints has a way of making you feel pressured, unworthy,
and incapable. Constraining your life to time hinders you from living your life
in abundance. “Let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and
entire, wanting nothing.” (James 1:4). “But let him ask in faith, nothing
wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind
and tossed.” (James 1:6). There we see faith and patience in a congruous form.
Making us aware to have FAITH & be PATIENT. It may be easier said than
done, but when you take off the time constraints the liberation you experience
will lead you to patience, and help you keep your faith in the promises of God!
We all have encountered days where we felt like we were behind, and things
weren’t going as planned. Yes, Habakkuk told us to write the vision, and make
it plain, but we must also realize the book never said the vision was going to
go as planned. It’s always great to set goals for ourselves, but we need to
also know we can still reach that goal without a time constraint. My friends live
your life. Don’t let anything hold you down not even societal time constraints.
You will graduate! You will get married! You will own a home! You will start a
business or businesses! You will make an impact! You will be financially free!
You will be liberated! You will be a parent! You will succeed! You will! You
will! You will! Whatever you can relate to declare it have FAITH and let
PATIENCE have her perfect work! Everything may not go as you planned, but God
plans for you to win! You may see some dark days, and experience hard times,
but YOU WILL WIN! Let go of those time constraints, and move forward. “But the
God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus,
after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen,
settle you.” (1 Peter 5:10). In September set yourself free from time constraints.
Continue to consult God and pursue your goals. Your life is of so much value! Don’t
hold yourself back for time! Stay up, stay positive, stay great always! Much
love!
